Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping & Delivery
Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties.

Pre-Orders & Crowdfunded Products
If you’ve purchased a pre-order or backed a product still in production (like Quest Snakes), please refer to the product page or your campaign update emails for estimated fulfillment timelines. We’ll notify you via email once your order ships.

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please reach out to us at admin@realfakegames.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right!
